- Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 25-40.
- Bachelor?s degree in accounting is preferred
- Hotel accounting or income auditor for hotel will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Sun System and proficient in computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and leading a team of mid and junior level accountants
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership and strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Willing to Business travel upcountry
[Conduct AR and The Properties Accounting & Admin?s general role]
- Oversee all accounting functions includes AR, GCR and Cash
- Review accounts receivable transactions, reconciliation and issue invoices and send out for Intercompany and travel agency
- Process credit card payments and review collection from Bank
- Prepare daily /monthly receivable statements and Post daily deposits
- Monitor, Follow-up & Update status on past-due accounts and Generate age analysis and
review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Conduct Property?s Admin for day to day accounts receivable operations, month end closing and AR reconciliation
- Issue Receipt / tax invoices and Credit Notes for intercompany payment and Travel agency
- Deposit Refund amount checking with Finance records and proposed for Approval to refund
- Output Vat Report in the part of AR
- Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate data is available for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties
- Typically report to a supervisor or manager
- To assistant Chief Accountant and Finance Director to setting up for a new properties such as opening new bank account, EDC Machine
[Training/supervising/review (especially for admin staffs in properties)]
- Train, supervise and conduct property account & admin staffs for accounting tasks.
- Support Accounting & Admin Staff training for new property.
- Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions,
such as funds received and total account balances
[Support to manage Financial & Accounting with and/or chief accountant]
- Support to manage company?s financial accounting to;
- do month-end closing, year-end closing, management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow report,
cash flow management and tax compliance with accuracy information.
- To follow up accounting & finance team to posting all journal voucher as in timeline set up.
- Post month end journal entries, To support property?s account & admin close monthly A/P accounts and G/L transactions and assist month end closing.
- prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliation schedules for AR and any related accounts,
review monthly /quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
